Shipping & Return Policy — GrabAndUp

Important — Summer Shipping

To protect meltable items, all meltable products ship with ice packs and insulation during spring and summer for a $14.99 fee. Spend $200+ on meltable chocolate and receive ice packs and insulation free. The $200 minimum applies to meltable chocolate only; non-meltable items do not count. Orders containing meltable chocolate ship at the beginning of the week to avoid weekend delivery delays.

Shipping

We ship via FedEx Ground and USPS depending on order size and destination. Free shipping on retail-ready orders over $44.95 to the continental USA (excludes HI, AK, PR). Bulk items are charged a shipping and handling rate based on weight and destination ZIP.

Returns

You have 90 days from receipt to return unopened items in their original packaging and condition. Pack returns securely; damaged returns due to improper packing are not eligible for credit. Refunds
